About LaunchQX
What we are and how we work
What does vibe coding to vibe company mean?▼
Vibe coding is when you ship fast with AI in the loop — you get a real prototype and momentum in the repo. Vibe company is the next chapter: the same energy, but with a registered business, bank and payment rails, professional presence, and ops so you can charge customers and scale. LaunchQX is the bridge — we run the full company setup in parallel so you are not buried in admin right after your build streak.
What exactly is LaunchQX?▼
LaunchQX is a complete startup launch platform that sets up every operational layer of your business — legal, financial, tech, marketing, and operations — so you can go from idea to fully operational company in days, not months. We combine automated tooling, expert execution, and guided walkthroughs to give you a production-ready business without the chaos of figuring it all out yourself.
Who is LaunchQX built for?▼
LaunchQX is built for first-time founders, solo entrepreneurs, and early-stage teams who want to move fast and focus on building their product — not drowning in admin, vendor research, or technical setup. It's also a great fit for agencies or operators launching new ventures on behalf of clients. You don't need any technical background.
How is LaunchQX different from doing it myself or hiring a consultant?▼
Doing it yourself takes weeks of research, dozens of separate vendor accounts, and constant context-switching. Hiring separate consultants — a lawyer, a designer, a developer, a marketer — costs $10,000–$50,000+ and still requires you to manage everyone. LaunchQX delivers everything under one roof, in one week, for a fraction of the cost. Every service is pre-integrated so your tools actually talk to each other from day one.
Do you work with founders in any country?▼
Yes. We work with founders globally. Business registration is currently available for US-based entities (LLC, C-Corp). For international founders who want a US entity, we can guide you through the process. All other services — tech stack, marketing setup, operations — work regardless of your location.
What does "fully operational" mean exactly?▼
When we say fully operational, we mean you'll have: a registered legal entity, a business bank account, accounting software, a professional domain and email, a live website, a configured cloud infrastructure, a logo and brand kit, analytics and ad accounts, a project management workspace, an automation layer, and a CRM — all set up, integrated, and ready to use on day one. You start your business, not your setup process.
Getting Started
First steps and what to expect
How do I get started?▼
Simply get started here and complete signup. You'll immediately get access to your LaunchQX dashboard where you'll fill in a short intake form (business name, industry, goals). From there, our team kicks off your launch and you can track every service in real time.
How long does the full launch take?▼
Most launches complete within 5–10 business days. Some items (like LLC registration or EIN issuance) depend on state and IRS processing times, which can add a few days. All tech, marketing, and operations services are typically live within 3–5 days. You'll see real-time status for every service in your dashboard.
Do I need any technical knowledge to use LaunchQX?▼
None at all. LaunchQX is designed for non-technical founders. Some services are fully automated (we run them for you), some are guided (we walk you through step-by-step with clear instructions), and some are team-handled (our experts do it). You'll always know exactly what's happening and what — if anything — you need to do.
What information do I need to provide upfront?▼
The intake process takes about 10 minutes. You'll need:
- Your desired business name (and 1–2 backups)
- Business category / industry
- Your legal name, address, and date of birth (for entity registration)
- Preferred domain name
- A brief description of your product or service
- Brand preferences (colors, style keywords)
Can I pick and choose which services I want?▼
Yes. Our Growth and Scale plans include the full stack, but all plans allow you to activate or skip individual services from your dashboard. If a particular service doesn't apply to your business (e.g., you already have a domain), you can skip it and we'll note it accordingly.
Legal, Management & Financial
LLC, EIN, banking, accounting, and more
How is my ID handled during company formation?▼
Your ID is used only to file your company — nothing else. U.S. business formation and IRS EIN applications require standard know-your-business verification (typically a copy of your passport or driver license), the same ID a state or filing partner would ask for if you filed yourself. We use it once, submit it to the regulator, and do not sell, share, or store it beyond the filing window. Important: LaunchQX is a private startup setup service, not a government agency. We do not sell, issue, expedite, or broker personal identity documents or other services restricted under Google Ads Government documents and services policies — such as individual ID numbers, birth or death certificates, personal name or address change services (beyond information needed to file your company), criminal background checks, public benefits, unclaimed tax rebates, visas or passports, Trusted Traveler programs, personal driver licenses, vehicle registration or plates for individuals, hunting or fishing licenses, or residency lotteries. We only help with ordinary U.S. business formation and related operations (for example, your company’s IRS EIN application). Official documents come from the issuing agency.
Will you register my LLC or corporation?▼
Yes. Our team files your LLC or C-Corp formation documents directly with the relevant state, prepares your Operating Agreement, and handles registered agent setup. We recommend the entity type based on your goals (LLCs are ideal for most solo founders; C-Corps are better if you plan to raise VC funding).
Which US states do you register businesses in?▼
We register in all 50 US states. Most clients choose Delaware (best for investment), Wyoming (best privacy, lowest fees), or their home state. We'll advise on the best option for your situation — the choice affects annual fees, privacy, and tax treatment.
How long does it take to get an EIN?▼
For US-based founders, an EIN (Employer Identification Number) is typically obtained within 1–2 business days via the IRS online portal. For international founders applying from abroad, the process takes 4–6 weeks via fax/mail application. We handle the entire application and deliver your EIN number as soon as it's issued. This is strictly your business’s federal tax ID — not a personal identity document, and we do not sell or guarantee government-issued IDs.
Do you open a real business bank account?▼
We guide you through opening a business banking account with Mercury, Relay, or your preferred bank. Because banks require the account holder to verify their identity directly, we provide a step-by-step guided walkthrough that takes less than 15 minutes. You'll have a business bank account and routing numbers ready within 24–48 hours of application.
What accounting software do you set up?▼
We set up and configure QuickBooks or Wave (your choice) with your business details, chart of accounts, and bank connection. For Scale plan clients, we also connect Stripe revenue to your accounting software so income is tracked automatically from day one.
Do you set up Stripe for payment processing?▼
Yes. We create and configure your Stripe account, connect it to your bank, set up your brand profile, and configure basic products or payment links if needed. Because Stripe requires identity verification from the account owner, we guide you through that step — it takes about 5 minutes.
Tech & Product
Domain, website, cloud, GitHub, and more
Do you build a custom website or use a template?▼
We deploy a professional, conversion-optimized landing page using your brand colors, logo, and copy — built on a modern tech stack (typically Next.js or Webflow). It's not a generic template; it's customized to your product and audience. For Scale plan clients, we also configure a custom SaaS starter application.
Will I own my domain name?▼
Absolutely. Your domain is registered in your name and your account at Cloudflare or your preferred registrar. We never register domains under our own account. You have full ownership and control from day one, with DNS properly configured for email, website, and SSL.
What cloud infrastructure do you set up?▼
We configure your AWS account with IAM roles, billing alerts, and core services (S3, SES, CloudFront). For Scale plan clients, we also set up a production-ready architecture including environment separation (dev/staging/prod), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code templates.
Do you set up a GitHub organization?▼
Yes. We create a GitHub Organization under your brand name, set up repository structures, branch protection rules, and team access permissions. You'll have a professional engineering presence on GitHub from day one — ideal even if you're not technical, as investors and partners often look up your GitHub org.
What about SSL and email security?▼
SSL is automatically provisioned and renewed for your domain. We also configure professional email via Google Workspace or Zoho (your choice), complete with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records so your emails don't land in spam. This is critical for domain reputation and deliverability.
Can you build a custom SaaS application for me?▼
The Scale plan includes a SaaS starter application — a pre-built, deployable web app with authentication, dashboard structure, and API scaffolding that you can build your product on top of. Custom feature development beyond this scope is available as an add-on service — reach out and we can scope it for you.
Marketing & Growth
Brand, analytics, ads, and SEO
Do you design a custom logo and brand identity?▼
Yes. Our design team creates a professional logo and brand kit including primary logo, icon variant, color palette, and typography guidelines. You'll receive source files (SVG, PNG) and a brand guidelines document. The logo is based on your intake preferences and goes through one round of revisions.
What analytics tools do you set up?▼
We install and configure Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and optionally Plausible or PostHog for privacy-first analytics. All tracking is set up with proper event tracking (page views, CTA clicks, form submissions) so you have actionable data from your first visitor.
Do you run Google Ads or paid campaigns for me?▼
We set up and configure your Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads accounts, including conversion tracking, audience setup, and starter campaign structures. Active campaign management (writing copy, setting bids, ongoing optimization) is available as an ongoing retainer add-on. The setup ensures you're ready to launch ads immediately when you're ready.
What SEO setup is included?▼
We configure Google Search Console, submit your sitemap, set up technical SEO (meta tags, structured data, canonical URLs, robots.txt), and do initial keyword research for your niche. We also set up a blog structure if you're planning content marketing. You won't need an SEO agency to do the basics.
Do you set up social media accounts?▼
We claim and configure your LinkedIn company page and Twitter/X profile with your brand assets, bio, and links. We also advise on which additional social channels make sense for your specific market. Account creation requires owner verification, which we guide you through — it takes about 5 minutes per platform.
Operations & Automation
Project management, CRM, AI tools, and workflows
What project management tools do you configure?▼
We set up your workspace in Notion, Linear, or Asana (your preference) with pre-built templates for product roadmap, sprint planning, task management, and team onboarding. Everything is structured so you can start managing your team from day one without spending hours building the system yourself.
Do you set up a CRM for sales and customer management?▼
Yes. We configure a CRM — typically HubSpot (free tier) or Pipedrive — with your pipeline stages, contact properties, and basic automations (e.g., follow-up reminders, deal stage triggers). You'll have a working sales process from day one instead of managing leads in a spreadsheet.
What automations do you build?▼
We build core business automations using Make (Integromat) or Zapier, including: new lead → CRM entry → Slack notification, form submission → email sequence, invoice creation → accounting entry, and more. The Scale plan includes up to 10 custom automation workflows tailored to your operations.
Do you create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)?▼
Yes — for Growth and Scale plans. We create a starter SOP library covering key business operations: customer onboarding, content publishing, hiring process, weekly reporting, and more. These are living documents stored in your Notion workspace, ready to hand to new hires from day one.
What AI tools are included in the setup?▼
We set up and configure your team's AI toolkit, including Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI API), and Perplexity accounts with usage guidelines, custom prompts for your business, and team access. For Scale plan clients, we also integrate AI into at least 3 workflows — such as AI-powered support drafts, content generation pipelines, or automated report summaries.
Pricing & Plans
What's included, fees, and refunds
What's the difference between the three plans?▼
Starter ($999) — Core legal and tech foundation: LLC, EIN, domain, email, hosting, basic website. Perfect for validating an idea fast.
Growth ($1,999) — Everything in Starter plus the full marketing stack: logo, analytics, ad accounts, SEO, social profiles, project management, and CRM.
Scale ($2,999) — Everything in Growth plus the full operations layer: automations, SOPs, AI tool integration, SaaS starter app, AWS infrastructure, advanced accounting, and priority support.
Growth ($1,999) — Everything in Starter plus the full marketing stack: logo, analytics, ad accounts, SEO, social profiles, project management, and CRM.
Scale ($2,999) — Everything in Growth plus the full operations layer: automations, SOPs, AI tool integration, SaaS starter app, AWS infrastructure, advanced accounting, and priority support.
Are there any hidden fees or recurring charges?▼
Our plan fees are one-time setup fees — there are no recurring charges from LaunchQX. That said, the third-party services we set up (domain registration, Google Workspace, AWS, QuickBooks, etc.) each have their own subscription costs. We provide a clear breakdown of expected ongoing costs before you start so you can budget accordingly. Typical ongoing costs range from $50–$300/month depending on the services you use.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and ACH bank transfers via Stripe. We do not currently accept cryptocurrency or wire transfers, but can accommodate them for Scale plan clients — contact us before purchasing.
Do you offer refunds?▼
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If we haven't started work on your launch yet, you're entitled to a full refund. Once work has begun, we'll refund a prorated amount based on what has not yet been delivered. Because many of our services involve real third-party applications and filings, certain costs (e.g., state filing fees) are non-refundable once incurred.
Can I upgrade my plan after I've already started?▼
Yes. You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference between your current plan and the higher tier. All services already completed are credited toward the upgrade — you only pay for the additional services. Contact our team or use the upgrade option in your dashboard.
Security & Ownership
Who owns what, and how your data is protected
Who owns the accounts and assets you create?▼
You do — 100%. Every account, domain, codebase, design file, and service we create is registered in your name, your email, and your control. LaunchQX never registers assets on its own accounts. Upon completion, we revoke our own access and provide you with a full handover document listing every credential and account.
How do you handle sensitive information like SSN or banking details?▼
For services that require sensitive personal information (like LLC registration or EIN filing), we use encrypted intake forms and never store SSNs or financial credentials beyond the immediate filing process. Banking setup is guided — meaning you input your own information directly into the bank's portal; we don't receive your banking credentials.
Do you retain access to my accounts after the launch is complete?▼
No. Upon launch completion, we revoke all team access across every platform and hand over a credentials document. The only exception is if you've opted into an ongoing support or maintenance plan, in which case we retain limited, documented access only to the services covered by that plan — and you can revoke it at any time.
What happens if I want to switch providers or move away from LaunchQX later?▼
Since everything is in your accounts, you're never locked in. You can switch hosting providers, change your CRM, cancel any third-party subscription, or hire a different team — all without our involvement. We deliberately avoid vendor lock-in by using mainstream, portable platforms. We also provide a full technology map document showing where everything lives and how it's connected.
Support & After Launch
What happens once you're live
What kind of support do I get during my launch?▼
All clients get access to a dedicated launch dashboard with real-time status on every service, plus async support via email with a 24-hour response time. Growth and Scale clients also get access to a private Slack channel with direct access to the team during business hours. Scale clients get a dedicated launch manager and 1-on-1 onboarding call.
What if something breaks or needs updating after my launch?▼
We provide a 30-day post-launch support window for all plans, covering any issues directly related to services we set up. After 30 days, ongoing support is available via a monthly maintenance plan. For critical issues (security, outages), we offer emergency response for any alumni client regardless of support plan.
Can I request services or features not listed in your plans?▼
Absolutely. We handle custom requests as add-on projects priced separately. Common add-ons include mobile app setup, advanced data pipelines, custom API integrations, additional landing pages, or white-glove content creation. Reach out with your requirements and we'll scope it within 24 hours.
Do you offer any ongoing services beyond the initial launch?▼
Yes. We offer optional monthly retainers for: infrastructure maintenance (keeping your tech stack updated and secure), growth services (ad management, SEO, content), and operations support (automation updates, new SOP creation, CRM management). These are separate from the one-time launch fee and entirely optional.
